Through private coaching calls, we will work together to curate your dream self. I will guide you through deep inner work, life advice, and unlocking your feminine energy to transform yourself and your life into your dream. I have always been able to see the beauty in people and I want you to see how amazing you truly are by helping you to connect to your most divine self that's buried beneath the surface.  As women we have this beautiful divine energy inside us full of light, love, creativity, playfulness, and sensuality. We will walk through each of your current day struggles such as low confidence, unhappiness, insecurity, relationship troubles, unfulfillment, feeling stagnant in life, and anything else blocking you from the life you deserve and heal each part through inner work exercises till you feel better than you could have ever imagined and your life is changed. I'm here to help you get in touch with your inner feminine energy and guide you to embrace it, allowing your inner glow to change the desired aspects of your life.

Hi angel! Here's my story

I had always thought it was normal to float through life simply going through the motions in a socially acceptable manner. This included scraping by, fights with loved ones, insecurity, stress, low self-esteem, asking others around me for advice on how I should live my life, constant worry for the future, etc. I thought it was normal to be in a state of survival. But then I learned that there was an entirely different way to experience the world if I was open to it. At first, it seemed too good to be true that life can be beautiful, exhilarating, abundant, full of good luck, have a romance novel type of love available for me, excitement for life, self-love, inner peace, success, confidence, individualism, healing from my past pains, an ability to dive into myself to see who I am and who I want to be, and most importantly, a way to feel SAFE (and I don't mean only physically), luckily for me, and now you, I decided to see what this unknown was all about. I dove in to inner work and educated myself about how to truly LIVE and change the inner workings of me in order to allow my life to change. The way I feel about myself, the world, the people around me, and the dynamic of my relationship have completely changed and now it is my mission to help yours do the same.

Through our coaching sessions, I will  create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your inner self, harness your feminine energy, and unlock the beauty within you. I will help you to feel safe and comfortable to open up and will guide you through the steps you need to take to get you to the place you want to be. I am so excited to see the radiant woman you transform into and how your relationships around you completely change.

What to expect

Once you book a call with me, you will be sent a zoom link. When the time comes you will click that link to join our meeting. Our first call, I'll create a safe place for you to tell me about how you've been feeling and the ways you want your life to improve. I want to learn about your feelings, your relationships, your thoughts, your perception of yourself, your dreams, etc. Throughout our meetings, we'll continue chatting and I will give you the blueprint to how you can achieve your dream self. This will consist of inner work exercises and lifestyle changes. The changes start internally and you will see how your life begins to change externally. 

The frequency of coaching sessions is determined by you and how you feel. There is always inner work to be done and I will be here for you as often as you need me as my calendar allows. There is no set amount or frequency of meetings set. It is my goal to transform you into your dream woman, from the inside out, and continue to cheer you on, guide you, and support you as needed in your personal life, relationships, work life, inner struggles, and dreams
